They Have 2 Sons, Alex & Brad and Have Lived in Bristol Since 1995. Mike Graduated From CT Culinary Institute in 1996 and Was Sous Chef At the Cottage Restaurant in Plainville CT From Sept 1996 Till April 2007. he Then Started Up Mike's N.C. Bbq & Catering, A Food Cart Which Was Located Across From the Court House On N. Main St in Bristol CT. Mike's Love of Cooking and Baking Started At Around Age 12 and he Had Always Dreamed of Owning A Restaurant.
